You can log into your account to view the details of a recently placed order. When your order shipped, you should have received an email confirmation with tracking information. If you still can't find your order details, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number in the subject line, and someone from the Dahab team will help you!

We are sorry to hear that you did not like their products. Dahablondon.com can only accept returns and exchanges for unopened items purchased from Dahablondon.com All returns must be postmarked within 5 days of the delivery date. To return your purchase, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of your order delivery with your original order number and the reason you wish to return your item. We will provide a return label. All refunds and exchanges will incur a £7.99 return shipping fee. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed in 7-10 business days. Refunds can take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Exchanges for products of less and equal value will be issued once we receive the unused product.
Once you place your order, we start processing right away because we do our best to get your order shipped to you as soon as possible. If you need to make changes after receiving an order confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com and have your order number handy. We will do our best to satisfy your request.

Yes, our products have undergone testing and each have a Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSE). This is a legal requirement to sell cosmetics in the UK and EU.
We have and never will test on animals. Our products are certified cruelty free.
